It was a very important device for me as I used to travel interiors from district headquarters and no other cellular giant has the capacities other than BSNL to reach the most unreachable places in India and I experienced the same. Even when I used to go out of the state I didn’t faced any problem in roaming and even in cities. There was a notion that BSNL didn’t had better coverage in cities, but I never had such a problem. The clarity of the voice was also very good, initially there was some problem for me regarding voice clarity but soon it got rectified in less than a month time. I never had any trouble in billing also as the bill itself is very transperent unlike in other private cell operators wherein they charge certain costs which you don’t even understand. I didn’t had any harassment and embarrassment from so said “customer care” regarding the billing and other services, which in private cellular operators harass the customers, by saying it customer care.

Regarding the tariff, I believe BSNL was the main reason for the call charges to come down and make it affordable for every one in this country which has 70% of population living in urban/villages and for whom communication is the key and undoubtedly BSNL will be the frontrunner in that area. Finally I believe that BSNL stands key for “common mans communication tool” in India. Finally I conclude “Cell One for Every One”
